Fans of U.K. actor Hugh Bonneville — who’ll star in a couple of films that have yet to reveal release dates, Downton Abbey 2 and Paddington 3 — can check him out in Jingle Jangle: A Christ- mas Journey on Netflix. He’s also cast as Roald Dahl in the British drama To Olivia, which stars this
English actor, who plays Dahl’s wife, Patricia Neal.
The Captain Marvel sequel is coming in 2022, with Brie Larson in the lead role once again. In the follow-up, she’ll be going up against a new villain, who’s played by this “wanderlust handmaid.”
There’s a Wizard of Oz remake in the works, and word is that it won’t be a musical, but it will be able to pull elements — like those iconic ruby slippers — from the 1939 original. Before it releases, get your yellow brick road fix in the 2013 rendition of Oz the Great and Powerful, which stars Mila Kunis as the Wicked Witch of the West, as well as this actor
in the title role.
The psychological thriller Panic Room was released 19 years ago this week, and starred Jodie Foster as a new homeowner desperately trying to fend off thieves who are after treasure in her panic room. Although not a remake, the movie’s plot and characters are reminiscent of what 1960s horror flick starring Audrey Hepburn?
