Age 45, 5-foot-1, 220 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Morris has 14 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Morris is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for her further review hearing on March 3.
On Oct. 16, 2019, at about 2:48 p.m., a loss pro- tection officer for a retail establishment in the Nimitz area observed a female place several digital cameras into a shopping cart. The female then placed it into
a shopping bag that she had brought with her. The female exited the store without making payment for the items. The total value of the cameras was more than $900. The loss protection officer stopped the female and escorted her to the security office, where police were called. The female, who was later identi- fied as Morris, was subsequently placed under arrest for second-degree theft.
Simione Hikila
Age 28, 5-foot-10, 240 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Hikila has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Lā‘ie area.
Hikila is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On July 20, 2015, at about 6:22 p.m., the com- plainant reported that their rental vehicle had been stolen from the Lā‘ie area. The following day, a Hono- lulu Police Department officer observed the vehicle
near Turtle Bay Resort. When the officer tried to stop the vehicle, however, the driver fled at a high rate of speed and later crashed into another police vehicle, then fled the scene. Officers were later able to locate the male driver, who was identified as Hikila, and placed him under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and accidents involving bodily injury.
Francis Cenal, featured here April 9, 2019, had his warrant recalled and is no longer wanted.
