Carefully wrap the decorated vellum around the base of the tea light candle. Make sure the col- ored side is on the inside. Overlap the ends and tape together.

Punch a hole on opposite sides of the vellum, about 3/8 of an inch down from the top edge.
Thread the ends of the ribbon from the inside going out from each hole. Adjust the length of the hanger. Knot the ends on each side. Trim the excess ribbon.
