lorify His Name, a new boutique at Windward City Shopping Center, has planned a grand-opening cele- bration March 29-April 3.
“It began as a one-month pop-up, and the Lord put on my heart to remain open for his glory to share hope and bring his light to this location,” notes owner/designer Haunani Borges. “It’s a cute, boutique-style environment ... with lots of aloha.”
A 1976 graduate of Wai‘anae High School, Borges studied communication arts (graphic design) at Honolulu Community College, and has lived in Kāne‘ohe for the last 20 years. She has more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry and has been a business owner for over 12 years.

The store carries apparel for all ages, as well as hats, books and gift items, such as plaques, coffee mugs, pictures and brace- lets—many with prints that are designed by Borges herself. She also offers custom orders for special occasions, such as family reunions, weddings and birthdays.

“Our top sellers are our face mask,” she adds. “Each one is made individually, so no two are exactly alike.
“Also, my Ho‘onani Collection intertwines our Hawaiian culture with a biblical message, and my Limited Edition Line has only a small number of pieces, once it sells out, it’s no longer available.”
