Keith Amemiya has been named executive director of Central Pacific Bank Foundation. In this new role, he will manage strategic planning, programs and operations for the bank’s philanthropic arm. Previously, Amemiya was executive director of Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association. He is a graduate of University of Hawai‘i William S. Richardson School of Law.
Amy Peckinpaugh is senior vice president and director of modern workplace solutions at Bank of Hawai‘i. In her new position, Peckinpaugh is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and projects to meet business goals and objectives. Previously, she served as president of Gartner Inc. Peckinpaugh earned her bachelor’s from University of Virginia.
Laurie Tochiki is a 2021 Casey Excellence for Children Leadership Award recipient. She serves as president and CEO of EPIC ‘Ohana, a nonprofit that aims to support families in the child welfare system and vulnerable transitioning youth. Tochiki co-founded the Honolulu-based organization in 1997. Previously, she was an associate dean at University of Hawai‘i William S. Richardson School of Law.

Rick Keene has been appointed chief operating officer of Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation. Interim executive director Lori Kahikina appointed him to the role. In his new position, Keene will be responsible for working closely with Kahikina in the overall leadership of the organization, with a particular focus on HART’s finance and real estate acquisition initiatives.
Anthony Nelson is president of Premier Restoration Hawai‘i. He previously served as chief commercial officer. In this new role, Nelson is responsible for finance, growth strategy, achieving annual sales and process goals, as well as overseeing the company’s operations across the state. He originally joined in 2009 and brings more than 20 years of experience to the position.
Yuji Soda is assistant vice president of strategic planning at First Insurance Co. of Hawai‘i. He previously served as manager of strategic planning. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Soda worked for FICOH’s parent company Tokio Marine. He has experience in sales, corporate planning and human resources. Soda earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Tokyo.
