Tylor Hansen is vice president and senior property manager at Hawaiian Properties. He brings more than 10 years of association management experience to the role. Previously, Hansen was partner/co- president of Pelican Management LLC, where he managed the company’s assets, day-to-day operations and 10 associates.
Ryan Leong has been named deputy executive director of ACLU of Hawai‘i. Most recently, he served as associate executive director of YMCA of Honolulu Kalihi Branch. Leong is a co-founder of YMCA of Honolulu LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, as well as nonprofit Hands in Helping Out, where he currently serves as a board member.
Alexa Conching is a field marketing specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty. She will be supporting engagement with the company’s Agent Value Proposition tools and services to ensure that agents understand and leverage company services to build their businesses. Previously, Conching was a brand, marketing and digital account manager at Marriott International.
Alan Paden is a project manager with AHL. He is currently overseeing the production and delivery of various health care projects for The Queen’s Medical Center. Prior to joining the Honolulu-based architecture firm, Paden worked for Perkins&Will. He has a master’s degree in architecture from University of Washington.
Sandra Lee has been named manager of marketing and community outreach with Kāhala Nui. In her new role, Lee will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing, communications and community engagement activities. She joined Kāhala Nui in 2018 as marketing and community outreach coordinator.
Roy Sugimoto has been appointed director of campus safety and security at Mid-Pacific Institute. In this position, he now is responsible for developing, implementing and managing campus security and safety programs and services for the school. Sugimoto recently retired from a 30-year career with Honolulu Police Department.
