Jolene Canoy (aka Jolene Semitara)
Age 43, 5-foot-5, 145 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Canoy has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kāne‘ohe area.
Canoy is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of her probation.
On May 17, 2014, the complainant inadvertently left his wallet on the counter at Wahiawā McDonald’s. Surveillance video showed that an unknown female grabbed the wallet and concealed it under her cloth- ing. Police were notified and through the investiga- tion, the suspect was identified as Canoy, also known as Jolene Semitara. She was later located and placed under arrest for third-degree theft and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
So’o So’o Motu
Age 33, 6-foot-4, 198 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Motu has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Ewa Beach area.
Motu is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his supervised release.
On June 12, 2020, at about 4:27 p.m., a male en- tered a store in the ‘Ewa Beach area and proceeded to make payment for a bottle of water. When the cashier opened the register, the male brandished a machete and demanded money. The employee was able to es- cape and notify police. Responding officers were able to locate the male as he was fleeing the scene. The male, who was identified as Motu, was subsequently placed under arrest for first-degree robbery.
