   The state Reappor- tionment Commis- sion will be holding a virtual public hearing on the proposed reapportionment plan for Leeward O‘ahu at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 9. It is a start- ing point for developing the congressional and legislative districts’ lines that will be used for the next 10 years. The commission is encour- aging people to use the Ha- wai‘i Redistricting Online application to draw and sub- mit their own plans for re- view. Within the application, users must meet the criteria to ensure compact, contigu- ous districts that are approx- imately equal in population. The hearings will be held via Zoom video conference.
