The company’s mission has been to ride through the pandemic with deep appre- ciation for its longtime pa- trons, Lee explains.
She also notes that Ra- men-Ya attributes some of the success of its restaurants to a clear understanding of local culture and tastes, combined with the manage- ment’s collective depth of operational experience and marketing skills.
“Our management team brings many years of local operational experience,” she declares.
