Ring In The Year With Holiday Packages
Zippy’s restaurants have unveiled their New Year’s menus. Its dishes feature a variety of popular traditional Japanese meals meant to fos- ter togetherness, happiness and good fortune in 2023.
O‘ahu and the barrel option is $54.95 in East O‘ahu.
Chicken nishime — a classic one-pot stew that includes chicken, konyaku, carrots, taro balls, lotus root, gobo, bamboo shoots and shiitake mushroom — sig- nifies togetherness. Zippy’s is offering two options for this dish, as part of the Zip Meal ($23.95) or in a barrel ($65.95).
Also available for preor- der are holiday sushi plat- ters ($51.75) that include 40 pieces of maki sushi, 16 pieces of cucumber, 16 piec- es of takuan and 10 pieces of inari. Uncut maki sushi rolls are also available for $7.75 in East O‘ahu.

Diners can preorder any of these dishes now for pickup on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. The deadline to place an order online is 10 p.m. Dec. 26 or until supplies last. The holiday meal packages are not el- igible for Zipster Rewards Zipcoins.
