His enthusiasm heightens as he explains, “To further enhance and energize a paint- ing, it can be hung singularly, in pairs, or in triptychs, which will certainly increase the number of combinations. It’s an approach that challenged me and invites participation from people who view these paintings. There is no right or wrong way, but I have painted each painting in one position and it is signed on the back as such so the viewer has the freedom to hang it up to their eyes’ preference and whim. Each painting is titled by a number in the sequence it was painted.”
