A loha surfers and beachgoers. Wow, talk about a south swell late in the season! This large episode peaked on Oct. 9 at near-warning level thresholds (15-foot crest to trough) at the very top spots. This is rare to get three swells near this size after July. The first one was July 5, then the really big one was on Aug. 16, and now, Oct. 9. I hope you and your board made it out safe
