• TOWN HALL Mayor Rick Blangiardi will hold a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. April 6 at Mililani High School. It is an opportunity for the Mililani and Wahi- awā communities to express their concerns and sugges- tions. There will also be a town hall at 7 p.m. April 20 at Lā‘ie Elementary School for the Kahuku community, and one at 7 p.m. May 4 at Waialua Elementary School
