The roofing industry has evolved since West Oahu Roofing Inc. was established in 2004. A new wave of roofing companies, roofing installers and roofing materials have flooded the construction market, but West Oahu Roofing Inc. has still continued to follow its objective statement: “West Oahu Roofing was created to provide its clients with quality roofing at an affordable price.”
Some ways WOR is able to provide a high- quality and affordable of roofing is by doing the following:
• WOR employs experienced and skilled employees. Its estimators are able to provide proper information to potential customers and their roofers are able to install roofing — all types of roofing materials as per specifications.
• WOR believes in reinvesting in the company to purchase equipment to make re- roofing easier and safer, which benefits the
customer because this reduces the amount of labor costs.
• WOR provides a job site restroom at no additional costs to the homeowner. Job site restrooms eliminate the need for workers requesting to use the homeowner’s restroom, and it eliminates the need to drive to a park restroom. This increases productivity and makes the re-roofing job go by quicker.
WOR is family-owned and managed by Bernard Balais (pictured).
As a member of the Better Business Bureau, the company has continually maintained an A-plus rating. Most of its work are referrals from previous customers, which shows that WOR’s work meets and exceeds customer satisfaction.
At WOR, it goes beyond just roofing. Every customer is special and receives personalized consultations and full support from the moment the initial estimate is
announced, right up until we leave the driveway for a final time.
“The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my customers smile when they look at their roof,” Bernard says. “When our customers are happy, we’re happy.”
