“We have a lot of mate- rials available for them,” explains Randall, who also helps with sales and safe- ty coordination under the watchful eye of dad and company owner Bernard.
“Our main focus is our employees,” shares Randall. “Our employees are the ones doing the work, ensuring it gets done right and done safely.”
Bernard — known for his iconic mustache, which he began growing when he launched West O‘ahu Roof- ing — started the company with decades of experience under his belt in the local roofing industry.
While helping local homeowners and its employ- ees is the company’s bread and butter, giving back to the community and the neigh- borhood remains paramount to Bernard, his family and his employees.
