Patty Kuheana Wins A $250 Spree At Kmart

On Thursday, Patty Kuheana needed cat food, so she took a trip to Kmart in Aiea.

As she made her purchase at 11:15 a.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached Patty with a simple question. She answered correctly and instantly won a $250 Kmart shopping spree.

“I like the pet supplies section here, and when the makeup is on sale,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper. “Also, the location is right by my house and the hours are convenient.”

Patty, who is originally from Michigan, moved to Hawaii in 1971, then to Las Vegas in 2000, and returned to the Islands two years ago. Her hobbies include fishing, attending University of Hawaii games and going to the beach.

She also likes to read MidWeek.

“I like the articles,” she said. “And I like reading the columns by Jade Moon, Pamela Young and Ron Mizutani.”
