Ornaments Support City Lights
As a fundraiser for the month-long Honolulu City Lights celebration, the Friends of Honolulu City Lights celebrate Santa’s adventures with two new ornaments – Hanauma Bay and Honolulu Hale – as part of their Holoholo Series designed by Owen Ho.
The ornaments are made from highly polished brass that is electro-plated first with nickel and then with 24k gold for a hard, durable finish.
All proceeds from ornament sales go toward keeping the Honolulu City Lights celebration free to the public.
Both of the 2012 Holoholo Series ornaments can be purchased at all Oahu locations of Macy’s and Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union. The Honolulu Hale ornament is available at First Hawaiian Bank Oahu branches. You also can find each ornament from 2000 to 2012 at honolulucitylights.org. Honolulu City Lights runs from Dec. 1 to Jan. 1 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
