Okinawan Winter Fair Open Tonight In Waipio

The Hawaii United Okinawa Association will sponsor its annual “An Evening in Waipio – Winter Craft Fair” from 5:30 to 9 tonight (Dec. 12) at the Hawaii Okinawa Center to raise funds for the center and support programs of the Hawaii United Okinawa Association.

The event offers shoppers an alternative holiday shopping destination and features about 75 vendors. Items include a variety of crafts, sweets and other gifts. Bentos and andagi also will be available for purchase. Door prizes, a silent auction and photos with Santa also will be available.

The Hawaii Okinawa Center is located at 94-587 Ukee St. in Waipio.
