New Hope Plans Easter Block Party, Worship

New Hope Windward will host an Easter Block Party April 7 behind Windward Mall, and everyone’s welcome.

The third annual event will run from 4:30 to 10 p.m. on Alaloa Street, offering free keiki carnival rides and games, 10 food booths, raffle prizes and an Easter Service at 7:30, via Jumbotron broadcast from New Hope Oahu.

The community also is invited to Easter Sunday worship, set for 8 and 10 a.m. April 8 inside the Regal Cinemas at the mall. The morning includes children’s worship, an Easter egg hunt and free food in the lobby.
