NBC’s ‘Today’ Show Live From The Royal Hawaiian
Hawaii residents will have a chance to attend NBC’s Today Show without leaving the island.
On Monday, May 20, The Royal Hawaiian is partnering with Today to highlight Oahu and Waikiki as a great travel destination. Today co-anchors Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker, along with co-hosts Natalie Morales and Willie Geist, will team up for the live broadcast from Waikiki.
While viewing of the filming locations on The Royal Hawaiian property are reserved exclusively for guests of the resort, the public is more than welcome to enjoy Today‘s primary broadcast setting on Waikiki Beach fronting the property from 1 to 4 a.m. May 20.

Parking in the Sheraton Waikiki parking lot will be available, however, normal parking rates will apply as The Royal Hawaiian and Sheraton Waikiki will not validate tickets for attendance at this event.
The Royal Hawaiian also invites kamaaina to spend their weekend at the resort with a special kamaaina offer: $280 per night plus tax/resort charge for a Garden room with upgrade to Royal Grove, 25 percent food discount, 2 p.m. checkout based on availability, access to a fashion show at The Royal Promenade and exclusive seating at the various locations identified for The Today Show.
