Nature’s Artistry At Ho‘omaluhia

Flowers – both real and painted ones – will be on display at Ho’omaluhia Botanical Garden throughout April to showcase the creations of eight Windward artists.

The ninth annual exhibit, “Celebrating Nature through Art,” runs from April 1 to 29 in the garden gallery, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The public is invited to meet the artists at a free reception from 3 to 5 p.m. April 5.

Watercolors, pastels, charcoals and multimedia art from Jeanne Snell, Beth Anderson, Jane Carlile, Katherine Finch, Noel Fishman, Betty Fullard-Leo, Karen Kirk and Estelle Sumimoto will be on view. Many of them are members of Hawaii Watercolor Society and the plein air painters group, Windward Wanderers.
