Mall Events Bringing A Mother’s Day Vibe

Malls, May Day and Mothers seem to be a theme over the next few days at Windward Mall, which has booked several timely events for the community to enjoy.

Windward Nazarene Academy will stage its May Day program from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at center court, followed at 2 p.m. Sunday by a Royal Hawaiian Band performance.

Windward Orchids’ Mother’s Day sale will feature displays as well as sales of native plants and orchids from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 9 and 10 at the entrance to the Food Court. Ke Kula Mele will serenade shoppers at 11 a.m. May 9 with a special Mother’s Day concert from the center court stage.
