Lions To Serve Up Benefit Breakfast
Wahiawa Lions will host their 18th annual fundraiser breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. April 6 in Leilehua High School cafeteria.
The ono menu features fresh scrambled eggs from Peterson Upland Farm, sausage, steamed rice, banana bread, fresh Dole pineapple chunks and a beverage for just $7 per person. Takeout is available, and Kanani Oliveira Hula Studio will entertain.
“This is the club’s only fundraiser for the year, and we need the community’s support,” said Lions president Frank Pavao. “Our ability to help the community in such ways as providing scholarships for graduating Leilehua High School seniors, staging the Veterans Day Parade, screening students for sight and hearing problems, and helping our public schools depends on the success of this breakfast.”
Tickets are available from club members and also will be available at the door.
