Libraries Present Vegan Demos

Vegan chef and newly minted author Chef Ori Ann Li has added two extra dates to her Vegan Cuisine Cooking Demonstration. Li, who specializes in world vegan cuisines, will present at 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at Ewa Beach Public and School Library and at 2 p.m. Aug. 24 at Aiea Public Library.

Li will walk the audience through several recipes from her cookbook, Ori Ann Li’s Vegan Paradise: 65 Unforgettable Recipes. She also will offer free samples. The program will include a question-and-answer session, and Li will autograph copies of her book.
