Keiki Can Go Fish At Maunalua

The fourth annual Keiki Fishing Tournament/Sanctuary Classic is set for 8 a.m. to noon July 19 at Maunalua Bay Beach Park — meeting next to the newly renovated restrooms.

Sponsored by the fishing ministry of New Hope Hawaii Kai with Malama Maunalua, the event promotes safe and responsible fishing practices for the next generation of anglers. Keiki ages 16 and younger are invited to participate in the barbless hook, catch-and-release event.
