Congratulations to the Surf Hawai‘i 08G Academy team on bringing home the prestigious Surf Cup championship trophy (11U Super White Division) from San Diego.
Aiwohi Athletics, a boxing club at Barber’s Point, won the team championship at the 2018 Hawai‘i State Boxing Tournament. The club also sent five boxers to the National Jr. Olympics Boxing Championship in Charlestown, West Virginia, where three members, Lorenzo, Sheelyn and Shera Mae Patricio, won gold medals in their weight class.
