Henua Moefu, 14, of ‘Ewa trains during the off-season with coach Geno and her dad at ‘Ewa Mahiko District Park. She’s a proud student of Hawai‘i Technology Academy, and plays volleyball for Laule‘a Volleyball Club. This hard worker trains five days a week — every week.
Eight-year-old Zoey Jeremiah-Kwan of Kāne‘ohe stays active at the driving range during the ongoing pandemic. She golfs for First Tee Hawai‘i Kāne‘ohe Bay, and plays volleyball for Jammers VBC Hawai‘i.
