Caitlin Wong of Kaimuki Christian School competed in two archery events earlier this year in California. She took first in the Junior Olympic Archery Development National Indoor Championships (Recurve Junior Women’s Division), and second in the 50th U.S. National Indoor Championships.
The Hornets (made up of keiki ages 7-8) celebrate the end of their spring season with Mililani Community Athletic Association basketball league.
Congratulations to Genesis Waimea PeBenito, 12, on winning gold (all-around) and three silver medals (uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise) at the Parkettes Gymnastics National Qualifier in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
