Kapolei Merchants Plan Treats For Keiki Oct. 31

Merchants at Kapolei Shopping Center are staying open Halloween night from 5 to 7 p.m. to pass out treats for keiki in a safe, family friendly environment. Other activities will be available throughout the center, including Halloween-themed arts and crafts. There also will be a pumpkin patch where children can pick out a free mini pumpkin to decorate.
