Jessie Atanes Wins A $250 Shopping Spree at City Mill

Jessie Atanes is doing some touch-ups to his house, so on Monday he and his 5-year-old son KamrenJ took a trip to City Mill in Waianae. As they made their purchase at 12:20 p.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached Jessie with a simple question. He answered correctly and instantly won a $250 City Mill shopping spree.

“I like shopping at City Mill because it’s close to home and they’ve got everything I need for the household,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, who works in building maintenance at Waiawa Correctional Facility. “Also, they’ve got good sales.”

Jessie was born and raised in Maili and graduated from Waianae High School in 1989. He and wife Chazzlynn have three children, and his hobby is golfing. He also likes to read MidWeek.

“They’ve got good stories and good sales ads,” he said. “And it’s free.”
