Industrial Park Lots Up For Sale
The last phase of Kapolei Business Park officially is on the market, as of a blessing ceremony held last month.
Located at the intersection of Kalaeloa Boulevard and Kapolei Parkway, the park occupies 177 acres.
It has been designed to accommodate the needs of growing residential and commercial properties in the area, and it features industrial lots.
“It’s taken many years, but the dream of creating a fully developed industrial park to serve the entire island and spur further growth in Kapolei is a reality by our step toward completing the last phase of Kapolei Business Park,” said Avalon Development Company president and CEO Christine Camp.
“The vision of Kapolei as a ‘Second City’ on Oahu began in the 1960s. New industries are thriving here, and Kapolei Business Park has become a major center of employment. The employees and their families can significantly improve their quality of life by living and working in the same area,” Camp added.
The lots are available for sale, lease, or build to suit.
“With the blessing of the site, we begin our multi-million-dollar infrastructure construction. We will begin selling lots in this project while we continue constructing the infrastructure — roads, drainage, sewer, electrical and other improvements — to prepare the property so the new lot owners can build a diverse collection of businesses and facilities,” she said.
There are currently 17 lots — ranging in size from 1 to 4 acres — that are available for purchase.
