HRA’s Labor Day Pa‘Ina

In honor of Labor Day, Hawai‘i Restaurant Association presented its Labor Day Pa‘ina Aug. 29 at 3660 On the Rise, where co-owner and executive chef Russell Siu prepared an unforgettable menu based on the theme of “Working Class Hero.”
