Kajiwara Receives Imperial Award

Kuakini Health System president and CEO Gary Kajiwara (center) was honored with an Imperial Decoration “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette” and an Imperial Award certificate by Consul General of Japan Koichi Ito and his wife, Misako. The award recognizes Kajiwara’s contributions to strengthening and promoting mutual understanding in the fields of medicine and health care between Japan and the United States and for advancing the social status of Japanese Americans in the U.S.

Hawai‘i State FCU Donates To Foodbank

Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union donated $10,000 to Hawai‘i Foodbank and held a food drive earlier this year.
