Longs Drugs And CVS Lends Aid
Longs Drugs and CVS Health donated more than $3,000 worth of bandages to Salvation Army Maui — the donation will be used for Salvation Army Maui’s Homeless Outreach Services. IKF Hawaii Wins Big At Nationals
Sixteen competitors age 7 to 35-plus from International Karate Federation Hawaii accompanied senseis Chuzo Kotaka, Mari Kaneshiro and George Kotaka to the 2016 AAU National Karate Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, July 7-9. The team brought home 39 gold, 14 silver and 11 bronze medals, as well as seven silver cups for individual kata (forms), kobudo (weapons), kumite (sparring), team kata, team kobudo and team kumite categories.
