Hawaii Youth Top Volunteers
Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey (left) congratulates Brittany Amano (center) and Michael-Logan Jordan on being named Hawaii's top two youth volunteers for 2013 by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards at a ceremony May 5 at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, where they each received a $1,000 award. Jordan was then named to the Top 10 youth volunteers in the U.S., which comes with a $5,000 personal award, $5,000 to a charity and a crystal trophy for his school, Kailua Intermediate.
