LCC Student Heads To Japan On March 25, Toyoei Shigeeda, Consul General of Japan (left), presented the 2015 Monbukagakusho (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) Specialized Training College Students Scholarship to Filifa'atali Mauai, a Leeward Community College student, who was selected to study in the field of industrial design in Japan.
