HCAN Names Champions For Children
Hawai‘i Children’s Action Network recently celebrated its annual Champions for Children fundraiser at The Royal Hawaiian, A Luxury Collection Resort, Waikīkī. The event recognized 17 individuals and organizations who have gone to great lengths to improve the lives of children and families. The gala also raised more than $80,000 to support HCAN’s mission to ensure all keiki are healthy, safe and ready to learn. Hawaiian Electric Breaks Records
Hawaiian Electric employees on O‘ahu raised a record amount of $519,665.20 for Aloha United Way in 2021 through a combination of employee and retiree donations and mostly virtual fundraising activities supported by IBEW Local 1260. Rental Car Companies Gift Truckload To IHS
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Car Rental, National Car Rental and Enterprise Truck Rental recently held a donation drive to support local nonprofit The Institute for Human Services.
