Sprecher Lauded For Stewardship
U.S. Department of Agriculture's prestigious Two Chiefs' Partnership Award was presented to M. Irene Sprecher of the state Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR). The Two Chiefs' Award is presented annually to recognize people and teams that work collaboratively to support conservation and forest stewardship. Award winners are selected by the Chiefs of the USDA Forest Service and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
