Kapi‘olani Receives $3K Gift From ASB
American Savings Bank recently celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated branch at Kāhala Mall with a charitable donation of $3,000 to Kapi‘olani Health Foundation. A local nonprofit that provides quality care to all who need it, Kapi‘olani Health Foundation aims to improve the health of Hawai‘i’s people through funding of medical care, equipment, health education and research at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women and Children.
Kapolei High School Receives Award
Hawai‘i Business Roundtable and Unversity of Hawai‘i hosted Hawai‘i Innovation Initiative’s Forum on Sustainable Agriculture, Food Security, Cybersecurity and More. The two-day conference, which included keynote presentations, panels and networking opportunities, was held at Hawai‘i Convention Center. Eddie Ontai, CyberHawai‘i vice chairman, presented Kapolei High School with the NSA Day of Cyber $1,000 award.
