Ward Village Donates PPEs
Ward Village, a 60-acre master-planned community by The Howard Hughes Corp., donated hundreds of critical supplies, including personal protective equipment and recreational items, to the Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation for its summer fun program. Items included face shields, disposable masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, Plexiglass shields, basketballs, handballs, chairs, an assortment of games and individualized art supplies. The donation was presented to the Department of Parks and Recreation as Ward Village and lead contractor Albert C. Kobayashi Construction celebrated a critical construction milestone for ‘A‘ali‘i Tower by topping off at the 42nd floor of the building. ‘A‘ali‘i broke ground in October 2018 and is slated for completion this year.
