Rotary, Narcissus Court Drive
Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise and members of the 67th Narcissus Queen Court hosted a school supply drive that netted two full carloads of school supplies and $1,300 for underprivileged kids attending public elementary schools in East Honolulu. ASB Curling Tourney For Kupu
American Savings Bank (ASB) brought the competitive Olympic sport of curling to the Aloha State, along with Olympians from Team USA Oct. 6. In its fourth year, the ASB Curling Tournament at the Ice Palace benefited Hawaii nonprofit Kupu. The first event featured a free curling clinic with members of Kupu’s current Hawaii Youth Conservation Corps Community cohort and students from Moanalua High School. Both events included instruction from Team USA curling Olympians Debbie McCormick and Shawn Rojeski.
