Native Hawaiian Educator Honored
H. Ka‘umealani K. Walk recently was presented with the Kamehameha Schools 2016 Native Hawaiian Community Educator of the Year award. L&L Gives $100K To Palolo Home
L&L Franchise Inc. president and CEO Eddie Flores Jr. presented a check of $100,000 to Palolo Chinese Home. Since its inception in 1897, PHC has been caring for Hawaii’s elders. A premier provider of long-term care services to seniors in Hawaii, PCH is open to all regardless of race, religion, gender or national origin. Today, PCH is a private, nonprofit, charitable organization whose mission is to assist and care for elders and their families by providing a continuum of care, which is professional and interdisciplinary, in a culturally sensitive family setting.
