ARDA-Hawai‘i Donates To Hale Kipa
The Hawai‘i Chapter of the American Resort Development Association recently donated $2,500 to Hale Kipa Inc. in support of its e~ orts to better the lives of at-risk youth throughout the state. Prison Culinary Class Holds Celebration
A culinary class made up of female inmates at Women’s Community Correctional Center held their Winter Banquet Celebration, featuring some of the cuisines they learned to make. The class is taught by chef Lee Shinsato of Kapi‘olani Community College. This banquet was their midterm examination. Pictured are members of the WCCC culinary class along with Shinsato.
