November Is Epilepsy Awareness Month
Gov. Neil Abercrombie proclaimed November 2013 Epilepsy Awareness Month in Hawaii and asked the people of the Aloha State to recognize Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaii (EFH) for its 30 years of service to the community and for providing individuals with epilepsy the resources and support they need. Mayor Kirk Caldwell presented a similar proclamation to EFH Nov. 4.
