Spectrum Gives To American Red Cross
Spectrum (Charter Communications) recently donated $8,150 to American Red Cross of Hawai‘i to support disaster relief efforts for victims of the Kaua‘i floods and Kīlauea volcano on the Big Island. Kupu Breaks Ground At Kewalo Basin
Local nonprofit Kupu celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for its Green Jobs Training and Community Center at the Kewalo Basin Net Shed with local dignitaries, and business and community leaders. The new facility, funded by $6 million in donations and grants supported by Kupu’s capital campaign, will be a model of sustainability and provide innovative spaces for Kupu youth programs and the community.
