‘Ohana Health Plan Helps YMCA Program

‘Ohana Health Plan donated $10,000 to fund YMCA of Honolulu’s Power Scholars Academy at Central Middle School. The summer academic and enrichment program is o° ered at no cost to incoming underserved sixth-graders to increase their literacy and math skills, and to help them avoid summer learning loss. The program also o° ers activities to strengthen self-con˛ dence, and social and emotional development, as well as physical health and well-being.
