Hawaiian Electric Gifts Aloha United Way

Hawaiian Electric employees and retirees raised $435,244 for Aloha United Way during the company’s 125th anniversary year. The donation will benefi t more than 340 nonprofi t partner agencies and programs supported by Aloha United Way. Kaiser Permanente Receives Award

Kaiser Permanente was named one of nine recipients of the 2018 Excellence in Quality Awards by the Pharmacy Quality Alliance, a nonprofi t organization focused on improving the quality of medication used in health care. The award recognizes health plans with the highest level of achievement in performance and medication use quality.
