High School Athletic Banquet
The Hawaii High School Athletic Association inducted 12 outstanding student-athletes into the HHSAA Hall of Honor June 3 at an awards banquet at Sheraton Waikiki. Each inductee also received a $2,000 scholarship. The inductees are: Dawnyelle Awa, Shane Brostek, DeForest Buckner, Keiki Carlos, Lorens Chan, Mindy Chow, Kristine Felix, Benny Fonua, Lia Galdeira, Misty Ma’a, Mysha Sataraka and Pasoni Tasini.
