Hawaii Culinary Foundation Golf Tournament

Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation held its 16th annual golf tournament April 28 at Kapolei Golf Course. Players enjoyed a lunch buffet, on course food and beverage and an awards banquet prepared by Alan Wong’s, Chef Chai’s, MW Restaurant, Tango Contempo Cafe, Roy’s Ko Olina, SideStreet on da Strip, Murphy’s Bar & Grill, Hokulani Bake Shop and Tiki’s Grill & Bar. Funds raised support culinary education and programs that bring local, mainland and international chefs into the classroom to present intensive learning experiences for culinary and chef instructors and local culinary students.
