Happiness Comes To Town
In school, I learned how to hone my mental skills to achieve the most material success. But fulfillment of my life purpose and understanding what happiness is, that I never learned in school.
I was not taught how to deal with challenging relationships, stay positive in the midst of disappointment, let go of guilt and resentment, or see the bigger picture when negative events occurred.

I didn’t learn any specific tools that would help me live life in a way that was authentic for me.
Unknown to most, I grew up very unhappy and unfulfilled, something I blamed on others. I eventually realized that I had to take responsibility for my own happiness in order for it to happen. Now that science has proven that happiness is a skill that can be learned, I feel confident that I can help others be happier in their lives.
I am opening Happiness U, a first-of-its-kind educational establishment in Honolulu, to help people manage life better and find greater meaning. I have assembled a team of “Happiness Officers” and “Inspired Teachers” who share my vision that happiness is a deep sense of satisfaction about life that can be cultivated and experienced no matter where you are or what happens in your life.
We offer a core curriculum of 20 classes that address the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our “selves.” You will find classes such as “Happiness 101,” “Goodbye to Guilt 101,” “Positive Mindset 101,” “How to Say No 101,” “Meditation 101” and “Life Purpose 101,” to name a few. Monthly guest teachers will offer their areas of expertise on happiness as well!
We believe that happy people make happy families, leading to happier communities and happier cities. Our goal is to be the catalyst for a happier Honolulu and start a movement toward a happier Hawaii.
Whether you are looking for a quick pick-me-up in the form of a class or a long-term commitment to your happiness, we can assist you in learning how to live a more fulfilling life.
